To give your heart a workout you should at least exercise about 30 minutes a day. It is important to workout because it prevents us from getting heart attacks. It is also important to workout your heart because it maintains your target heart rate. Keeping your heart in a good rate is good for your bodies because we decrease getting high blood pressure. Having a healthy heart reduces from us getting heart attacks and other stuff.
Some activities that we can do to keep your heart healthy are swimming , running , and walking . When your heart starts to beat fast it's because your heart is working out. For example when you run fast your heart starts to workout and you start to get tired. What we can do to help our hearts is by exercising , eating healthy , and keeping our hearts in a good rate. You can also keep your heart healthy by not smoking. Smoking or using tobacco is bad for your heart because it is a risk for developing heart disease.
